Delhi Bhartiya Co-operative India Society is a trusted financial institution that has been serving the residents of Delhi since 2020. As a cooperative soceity, we are owned and operated by our members who are also our valued customers. Management

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors will be comprised of a maximum of 5 Directors who will be elected from among the shareholders of the Bank. This includes one Chairman, one Vice Chairman, and ten Directors. It’s important to note that two of the Director positions are specifically reserved for women in accordance with the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act of 2003, the Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules of 2007, and the Bank’s Bye Laws. Additionally, the Board must include at least two professional Directors.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors has the option to co-opt two Professional Directors, individuals with significant experience in the banking sector, typically at middle or senior management levels, or those who possess relevant professional qualifications in areas such as law, accountancy, or finance.
